How does shipping, tracking, and returns work at weeGrip?
We currently ship within the UK only. Orders are delivered in 2–5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking link to follow your delivery. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days — items must be unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, some baby products are non-returnable unless faulty.
